At Angel’s Touch Home Care, we pride ourselves on being a small family owned agency. It allows us to build personal relationships with our caregivers as well as our clients and their families. This is very important when pairing a client with one of our caregivers, to ensure quality service. In order to be able to provide the most appropriate caregiver for each client, we have a rigorous interviewing process as well as an orientation with the caregivers prior to hiring them. During this process we get as much information as we can about their experience, education, preferences and their hobbies.  We then enter that information into their profile so that when we get a call from a client, we can refer back to that and try to make the most appropriate match possible.
